WE ARE PRESERVING THE UNIQUE CULTURE OF OUR NEIGHBORHOOD

Our neighborhood association serves as an inclusive coalition dedicated to representing the diverse voices of our community, including homeowners, renters, small businesses, schools, and churches.

Our mission is to foster strong community bonds while acting as a collective advocate to preserve the unique culture, agricultural heritage, and rural lifestyle of our area within the larger Albuquerque metropolitan landscape—specifically by supporting the maintenance of our current A1 and R1 zoning. To achieve these goals, we operate by building consensus on local issues, allowing our representatives to serve as a vital link to local government entities like the Bernalillo County Commission. By providing real-time, unified input on matters such as neighborhood safety, security, community cleanups, and zoning developments, we ensure our community’s needs are effectively addressed and our distinct character is protected.
